Tomorrow Never Comes
Have you ever found yourself in the mirror thinking I look pretty good; I don't need to go to the gym or watch what I eat.' Or have you ever said the infamous words., "I'll start tomorrow", but tomorrow never comes. I was totally that type of person. Every Sunday would come and I would say to myself, "THAT'S IT, this week will be different". But the week would end up being totally identical to the week before. And I would find myself in the back in the same place I started the next Sunday. I finally put my foot down, I have made the decision that a little progress is way better than NO progress.
I talk to people all the time who desire to make a change in their health. They know everything they need to do to eat healthy and exercise. But they all are missing one KEY ingredient: ACTION! We can say we want this and we want that, but until we take action we are still in the same place we were before. One of the main reasons I didn't take action was all the "what if's" I would constantly tell myself. What "if" I work hard and don't see the results? What "if" I miss the food I am not eating? What "if" I get hungry? What "if" it doesn't work?
Blah, blah, blah. All I have to say now is what "if" I am wrong with all my "what if's"?
Now is the perfect time to take ACTION!!! The hardest thing to do is take the step forward and say to yourself "That's enough, I can do this". And you can do it. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. And that means
