Is there such a thing as a NON-FAT cow?
Stop using non-fat anything. The non-fat versions of dairy are invariably loaded with sugar, so all you are doing is eliminating a macronutrient (which is good for you) that helps keep you full and satiated. Sure you save a few calories, but it would be better saving them by cutting out sugar! Enjoy full fat versions of foods such as yogurt and milk. New research shows that raw dairy fat has excellent health benefits.
Raw dairy is way better for you than the pasteurized version. Did you know a baby calf cannot live for more than 2 weeks on pasteurized dairy? That is because they heated the milk up to such a high heat they destroyed all the nutrients in it, then they add it back into the pasteurized milk and your body doesn't recognize the nutrients.
If you would like a non-dairy version of milk try almond, coconut or hazelnut milk.
