5 Things Your Body Needs

1. Hydration

H2O, H2O, H2O!!!  Your body needs to be well watered just like your plants.  You wouldn’t give your roses Pepsi or Coke, or your fern some Red Bull.  Your body needs pure water.  Can you get more energy from drinking water?  Absolutely!  Most people are walking around dehydrated and tired.  I used to work for a drinking water company, and I hated water.  Because of my job I had to drink water.  Now I love it.  Why? I learned about the importance of water for the body and ! decided “might as well enjoy the water I am supposed to drink”.  So I do!

2. Rest

Go, Go, Go.  That is what this world has come to.  How many things can I pack into a day? Every body needs rest.  When your body is at rest it is actually healing.  So do yourself a favor and take a break.  

3.  Nutrition

If you think you can eat whatever and not pay the price one day you are gravely mistaken.  People tell us all the time “oh, junk food doesn’t bother me”.  Well we have one comment to that “ONE DAY IT WILL!” When it does it will blind side you in some symptom or disease and you will be scratching your head saying, “but I don’t understand where this came from?”  Eat some whole, clean food- fresh fruit, veggies, and protein.  Your body will thank you later for it.

4. Exercise

Your body is made to move.  You are not made to be a couch potato.  Get up and go take your dog for a walk.  If you don’t have a dog, borrow one.  The key to exercise is to find a physical activity that you and enjoy and do it often.

5. Nerve Supply

GET ADJUSTED!  FIND A GREAT CHIROPRACTOR!!! I have been adjusted 3 times a week for 18 years.  Why?  Because without proper nerve supply my body is not running at optimum, and I want to get as much use out of this body as possible.
